一般說明

己二酸二酰肼是一种同型双功能交联剂,对醛具有特异性。因而腙键相对稳定。在高碘酸盐氧化后,己二酸二酰肼常用于位点特异性连接各类糖蛋白,如抗体。低pKa的酰肼可避免与伯胺竞争,因此可在pH 5.0条件下进行氧化和偶联。

己二酸二酰肼已用于:
