培養基

MEM (M2279) + 2mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 10% FBS (F2442)

例行更新培養

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) seed new cultures at 2-4 x10,000 cells/cm² using 0.05% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
