應用

磺溴酞二钠盐水合物已用作阳性对照,以研究11-酮-β-乳香酸(KBA)和3-乙酰基-11-酮-β-乳香酸(AKBA)与有机阴离子转运蛋白OATP1B3的相互作用。

生化/生理作用

磺溴酞(BSP)是有机阴离子转运多肽(OATP)的高亲和力有机离子底物,已被用作多药耐药相关蛋白2(Mrp2)的底物。BSP通过OATP转运到肝细胞中,与谷胱甘肽结合后,通过MRP2排泄到胆汁中。发现它抑制醛酮还原酶ARK1C20。
