一般說明

牛胆汁在受控条件下从纯化新鲜胆汁中提取,可加入细菌学培养基,作为分离和鉴别病原体的选择性抑制剂。胆汁是由70%的胆汁盐、22%的磷脂、4%的胆固醇、3%的蛋白质和0.3%的胆红素组成的黄绿色溶液。由肝细胞中的胆固醇生成,并储存在胆囊中。胆汁酸是主要存在于哺乳动物等脊椎动物中的类固醇酸。可作为肠道细菌检测培养基中的选择性试剂。

應用

牛胆汁已被用于:
  • 在De Man, Rogosa和Sharpe琼脂(MRS)肉汤中用于高胆盐条件下的生长测试
  • 作为MRS中的一种组分,用于生长德氏乳杆菌 200+以用于研究胆汁盐对细胞形态的影响
  • 肉汤试验中脑心输液(BHI)肉汤中的一种组分,用于研究其对粪肠球菌V583的影响
