應用
使用 N-糖苷酶 F 可切割所有类型的天冬酰胺结合 N-聚糖，前提是氨基和羧基以肽键连接，并且寡糖具有最小长度的壳二糖核心单位。 反应产物为氨、天冬氨酸（肽链中）和完整的寡糖。
