一般說明

SuRE/Cut缓冲液体系是由5种优化孵育缓冲液组成的10倍浓缩液,适用于DNA限制性酶切消化。已经测定了每种缓冲液中所有限制酶的活性,以选择100%活性或计算双倍消化的活性。


應用

SuRE/Cut缓冲液H已用于处理EcoRI和XhoI限制性内切酶,用于消化凝胶纯化的反应产物和pMX-IG载体。还用于稀释巴氏黄单胞菌(Xanthomonas badrii)限制性内切酶I(Xba I),用于消化大肠杆菌菌落基因组DNA和布伦登卢普沙门菌(Salmonella Braenderup)H2812 (ATCC BAA-664)分子量标准。
