PGC-1α是PPARα、PPARγ和其他转录因子的共激活因子,可调节棕色脂肪组织中适应性生热、肝/肾糖异生和肌肉纤维类型转换的转录程序。全长蛋白质为113 kDa,通过冷暴露在棕色脂肪组织中诱导,通过禁食在肝脏和肾脏中诱导,并通过运动在骨骼肌中诱导。全长基因的可变剪接产生270aa的N末端剪接变体,其在〜38kDa处迁移并由诱导全长蛋白质表达的相同生理信号诱导。N末端PGC-1α剪接变体也受到翻译后修饰的影响,从而改变其迁移和表观分子量。

外觀

1小瓶100 µg抗体溶于50 mM PBS中,参见批次特定浓度的小瓶。一小瓶NT-PGC-1α阳性对照,在含有10 mM &-巯基乙醇和1%SDS的RIPA缓冲液中以25 µl全细胞提取物的形式提供;每个泳道上样10 µl;在SDS-PAGE上样前加入样品缓冲液。
