MILLIPLEX®犬细胞因子面板是13重试剂盒,用于同时定量犬血清、血浆、组织/细胞裂解物和培养上清液样品中以下分析物的任何或全部:GM-CSF、IFNγ、KC样、IP-10、IL-2、IL-6、IL-7、IL-8, IL-10, IL-15、IL-18、MCP-1和TNF-α.该试剂盒采用96孔板,包含冻干标准混合物、两个内部检测质控品,可最多可测定38份样本,重复两次。
Luminex® xMAP®平台使用磁珠免疫分析格式,以实现理想的速度和灵敏度,同时定量多种分析物,从而显著提高生产力,同时节省宝贵的样本量。
