方法：试纸试剂比色法，0.005 - 0.010 - 0.025 - 0.05 - 0.10 - 0.25 - 0.50 mg/l As MQuant^®

砷测试试纸适于测定水、药品、生物标本和液态食品中的砷。在此MQuant砷测试中，试纸需与其他试剂结合使用。通过添加锌粉（一种固体酸）和一种用于消除干扰性硫化物离子的氧化剂，可以从样品中释放出砷。在试纸的反应区上，会形成黄棕色染色。砷（III）和砷（V）的浓度可通过将试纸条的反应区与比色卡进行肉眼比较，进行半定量测定。同时，请不要使用MQuant砷测试（117917）进行更高的浓度的测定。试纸非常适合以经济、快速的方式对样品进行预测试，以便在使用定量方法（例如Spectroquant测试）之前对砷浓度和可能的稀释因子进行估算。
