Phosphatidylserine (PS) is an acidic phospholipid present in human cerebral cortex. It is abundant in the inner leaflet of the plasma membrane in neural tissues.
應用
17:0-14:1 PS or 1-heptadecanoyl-2-(9Z-tetradecenoyl)-sn-glycero-3-phospho-L-serine has been used as an internal standard:
- for the detection of lipids by tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS)
- to determine lipid concentration in human primary myotubes lipid extracts by mass spectrometry (MS) analysis
- for phospholipid quantification by MS
