d-赤型(2S,3R)鞘磷脂(C24:0-SM)是具有包含24个碳原子的酰基链的合成鞘磷脂。由D-赤型-鞘氨酰磷酰胆碱酰化产生。鞘磷脂是哺乳动物细胞质膜的关键成分。主要在神经细胞的髓鞘、脑、眼晶状体和红细胞中以高浓度发现。SM具有不对称的分子结构和高氢键结合能力。
應用
24:0 鞘磷脂(SM)适合通过差示扫描量热法研究其热致和机械性能。它也适合用作超快液相色谱−串联质谱法中的脂质标准品。
生化/生理作用
