Mowiol®是一种基于聚(乙烯醇)的水溶性水胶体粘膜粘合剂。pH8.5的Mowiol®相对于其他封片剂具有多处优势:
- 当样品j进行封片时它是液体并可在几小时后固化,能够在盖玻片和载玻片之间形成永久性粘合
- 当保存在暗处以及4oC时荧光较为稳定。
應用
在HeLa细胞的siRNA阵列产生的研究中,Mowiol®被用作用于保存染色细胞培养皿的一种包埋介质。Mowiol®还被报道作为封片剂用于:
