1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷(FOTS)是一种氟化烷基硅烷,主要用于通过降低表面能来提高基材的润湿性。它通过在表面上添加CF3基团和150°以上的水接触角,促进形成超疏水性涂层。
三乙氧基(-1H,1H,2H,2H-十三氟辛基)硅烷(POTS)是一种氟基聚合物。POTS表面自由能低,导致它对极性和非极性物质都具有抗黏性。它的碳-氟键有很好的抗潮湿大气作用稳定性。POTS在潮湿环境中水解,形成二氧化硅基膜和自修复抗腐蚀聚合物,该膜通过POTS和水的水解聚缩合反应合成,具有天然疏水性。这种润湿性能够将电解质水溶液和金属底物分开,从而为金属底物提供防腐蚀保护。

應用

POTS可用作聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)上的硅烷基涂层,合成用于除去有害挥发性有机化合物的膜。可采用POTS对玻璃基材改性,以增大聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的3D反应性喷墨打印的接触角。这种成分还可用作淡水环保产品,用于合成膜淡化(MD)的超疏水碳纳米管(CNT)中空膜。它能在钛的粗糙表面沉积,使其具有超疏水性。POTS可用作氟修饰ORMOCER(有机修饰陶)涂料物质的组分。
