原代细胞概述
原代细胞是直接从存活人或动物组织收获的哺乳动物细胞。它们与干细胞的不同之处在于,非原代细胞(干细胞除外)通常是终末分化的,因此可视为其分离组织的近似代表——肿瘤细胞的生物学特性,更使得肿瘤细胞系成为比正常系统或非肿瘤病理细胞更不可预知的模型。常见的原代细胞表型包括上皮、内皮、角质形成细胞、黑素细胞、成纤维细胞、成骨细胞、心肌细胞和肝细胞。
