Click′s Medium has been used:
  • to incubate cartilage discs to measure the ability of chondrocytes to synthesize sulphated glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) by a metabolic assay
  • as a culture medium to incubate frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in vitro stimulation and evaluation of immunologic response
  • for the suspension, washing and culture of T-cells
