General description
The S-Pak® Membrane Filters are made of Mixed Cellulose esters (MCE), with 0.45μm pore size, white gridded, 47mm diameter, individually packed and protected with a blue sheet of paper which prevents the membrane to encounter the outer film. This state-of-art design inhibits migration of any adhesive on the filter membrane. Thus, ensures no hydrophobic spots on the membrane testing area. The MCE membrane have been manufactured in accordance to our company′s high standards ensuring outstanding recovery of microorganism for the Beverage and water applications.
After the Sample filtration the S-Pak® Membrane is incubated together with a selected culture media which will lead to the recovery of the targeted microorganism.
