General description

GranuCult® prime Count agar sugar-free ISO 13559 I IDF 153:2022, is used to determine the count of infective microorganisms in butter and other dairy products. Infective microorganisms are defined as organisms that are not directly involved in the microbiological production of a dairy product or that do not belong to its specific flora. This culture medium does not contain any fermentable carbohydrates and has little nutrient value, so these microorganisms can be cultivated selectively.

Application

GranuCult® prime Count agar sugar free ISO 13559 I IDF 153:2022, is suitable for determining the count of infective microorganisms in butter and other dairy products.
