Gene Information
rhesus macaque ... IL6(705819)
General description
The IL6 ELISA kit provides for the Quantitative measurement of IL-6 in Cell Culture Supernatants, Plasma and Serum. The IL6 (interleukin-6) gene is mapped to human chromosome 7p15.3. IL6 (interleukin-6) induces B-cell differentiation and is a primary regulator of inflammation. IL6 regulates tumor proliferation and inhibits apoptosis. It contributes to the disease progression of coronary artery disease.
