General description
Kao and Michayluk Vitamin Solution K3129 is a 100-fold concentrate of the vitamins contained in Kao and Michayluk media. It may be used in combination with Kao and Michayluk basal salts to reconstituted Kao and Michayluk media.
Application
Kao and Michayluk Vitamin Solution has been used:
- as a media supplement to induce callus induction
- in liquid marine salts medium, to test the requirements for strain MOLA115 culture
- as a component in LeMaster culture
Reconstitution
Use at a concentration of 10 mL per liter of prepared medium to achieve the proper final concentration.
