Application

T47D cell line human has been used:
  • to study the effects of a polysaccharide–protein complex (PPC) isolated from metabolites of gut bacteria Raoultella ornithinolytica from the earthworm Dendrobaena veneta against Candida albicans
  • has been cultured and incubated with bone marrow-derived macrophages to study their migration and podosome formation
  • to study the anti-proliferative effects of two novel classes of potential antimetabolites on T47D cells
