Application
Evaluated by Western Blotting in MCF-7 cell lysates.
Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected RHBDF2/iRhom2 in MCF-7 cell lysate.
Tested Applications
Western Blotting:
Lipopolysaccharide (LPS; 100 ng/mL; 24 h)-treated wild-type macrophage fractions from mouse bone marrow and RHBDF2 knockouts were probed with Cat. No. MABS2314, Anti-RHBDF2, clone RHF2B 11H7 (1:500 Dilution). Proteins were visualized using a Goat Anti-Rat IgG2a secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates RHBDF2 (~ 98 kDa). (Data courtesy: Katrin Moschke, Deutsches Zentrum für Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen (DZNE), Munich.
Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected RHBDF2 in Western Blotting applications (Weskamp, G., et al. (2020). J Biol Chem. 295(13):4350-4358).
Note: Actual optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user as specimens, and experimental conditions may vary with the end user.
