Specificity

Neurotrophin 3 (NT3). Less than 0.1% cross reactivity with recombinant human BDNF, recombinant human NT4 and mouse NGF.

Immunogen

An 11 amino acid peptide corresponding to the amino-terminal of mouse Neurotrophin 3 (NT3) coupled to BSA. The sequence is H2N-YAEHKSHRGEY-.

Application

Detect Neurotrophin 3 using this Anti-Neurotrophin 3 Antibody validated for use in WB, IH.
Immunohistochemistry: 1-10 μg/mL (see suggested protocol).


Immunoblotting:1-10 μg/mL


Inhibition of biological activity in vitro: 1-10 μg/mL


In vivo animal studies


Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Lyophilized from PBS, no preservatives. Reconstitute to desired volume with sterile distilled water. Suggested concentration 0.5-1 mg/mL.
