生化／生理作用

乙酰丙嗪是一种吩噻嗪类抗精神病药，仅用作兽药（马、狗和猫）。该化合物是抗精神病药物氯丙嗪（＃C8138）的类似物。该药物被认为可以阻断大脑中的多巴胺受体。最近发现该化合物抑制 ABCG2 转运蛋白，该蛋白在肿瘤中的过表达与耐药性有关。
