一般說明
Sigmacote® 是一种在庚烷中氯化有机聚硅氧烷的溶液，它很容易在玻璃上形成共价的显微镜下薄膜。这种薄膜可以防水，延缓血液或血浆的凝固，并阻止许多基本蛋白质的表面吸附。无需稀释，可立即使用；如避湿保存则可重复使用。
應用
