白介素1受体相关激酶1(IRAK1)是白介素1受体(IL-1R)信号通路的重要组成部分。IRAK1作为toll样受体(TLR)信号通路的下游效应分子起作用,与炎症、自身免疫和癌症有关。IRAK1与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)相关,在包括肺癌在内的多种癌症类型中均过表达。IRAK1,被认为是骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、急性髓性白血病(AML)、三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)转移和紫杉醇耐药中的潜在治疗靶标。IRAK1表达增加会导致头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)。因此,抑制IRAK1可能是HNSCC的新治疗策略。
