生化/生理作用
水飞蓟素对大鼠缺血再灌注诱导的心肌梗死具有心脏保护活性。
水飞蓟素最初是众所周知的保护肝脏免受各种有毒物质侵害的药物,并用于治疗肝炎和肝硬化。水飞蓟素具有抗纤维化、抗脂质过氧化、抗炎、免疫调节和膜稳定等多种生物学作用。水飞蓟素还有助于肝再生。
水飞蓟素通过降低血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST) 和碱性磷酸酶 (ALP) 水平来保护肝脏免受抗结核药物的细胞毒作用。这种作用与水飞蓟素的抗氧化作用有关。
