生化/生理作用

IFNG(干扰素-γ)是一种2型干扰素,由Th(T辅助细胞)-1淋巴细胞、CD8细胞毒性淋巴细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞和自然杀伤T(NKT)细胞产生。它在天然免疫和获得性免疫应答中发挥重要作用,并有助于防御细菌感染、二型酵母和一些病毒感染。IFNG高表达常见于许多自身免疫性疾病,如系统性红斑狼疮、Sjögren综合征、炎症性肠病和多发性硬化症。
