p62 蛋白/sequestosome 1(SQSTM1) 含有一个NH2末端Phox和Bem1p （PB1）结构域、一个ZZ型锌指结构域、一个含有假定磷酸化位点的Pro -Glu-Ser-Thr(PEST)结构域，以及一个COOH末端泛素相关结构域。SQSTM1定位于人染色体5q35.3。
特異性

生化／生理作用

溶于含有15 mM叠氮化钠的0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.4）。
儲存和穩定性
若需连续使用，可在2-8 °C下保存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分装并冷冻。不建议反复冻融。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完，则应丢弃。
