神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)是糖酵解酶烯醇化酶的神经元形式,首先在脑组织提取物中发现。

應用

来自人脑的神经元特异性烯醇化酶已用于评估人羊膜间充质干细胞治疗局灶性脑缺血的研究。 它也被用于研究具有横纹肌样特征的鼻窦畸胎癌肉瘤。

生化/生理作用
