特異性
ISO-2包含0.2 mL样品瓶,内含小鼠四种IgG亚类、IgA和IgM的亚类特异性抗体。包括在ELISA和Ouchterlony法中使用这些试剂检测腹水、培养上清或纯化制剂中单克隆抗体亚类的方法说明。可能还需要其他试剂,例如用于ELISA检查的缀合物或用于Ouchterlony法的琼脂糖和缓冲液成分。
應用
