一般說明

IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中,可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG通过胎盘传递给胎儿,对于新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。
牛IgG是通过对正常牛血清混合物进行分级分离和离子交换层析而纯化得到的。

應用

纯化的牛IgG可用作ELISA、斑点免疫结合、蛋白免疫印迹、免疫扩散和免疫电泳等多种免疫测定的参照抗原、标准品、封闭剂或包被蛋白。其他应用包括作为制备免疫原和固相免疫吸附剂的起始材料。牛IgG在电泳和液相色谱中可作为对照。
