生化/生理作用

白细胞介素-8 (IL-8) 以往称为单核细胞衍生的中性粒细胞趋化因子,属于趋化因子 αC-X-C 家族。IL-8 的成熟形式有 4 个半胱氨酸残基,趋化因子家族的其他成员也是如此,前两个半胱氨酸残基被谷氨酰胺分开。成熟人 IL-8 由 72 个氨基酸组成,分子量为 8.4 kDa。IL-8 在体外 对 T 细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞表现出趋化活性 ,通过酶包括髓过氧化物酶、α-甘露糖苷酶和 β-葡萄糖醛酸酶。IL-8 是一种血管生成因子。
白细胞介素-8 (IL-8) 原称单核细胞源性中性粒细胞趋化因子。属于趋化因子 αC-X-C 家族。与该家族的其他成员一样,IL-8 的成熟形式有 4 个半胱氨酸残基,前 2 个半胱氨酸残基被谷氨酰胺分开。IL-8 在体外 对 T 细胞、中性粒细胞和嗜碱粒细胞具有趋化活性 IL-8 基因突变可增加急性胰腺炎的发病风险。
