HEPES 是一种通用两性离子缓冲液,不结合镁、钙、锰 (II) 或铜 (II) 离子。HEPES 已被Norman Good 博士和他的同事在 1966 年分类为 Good 缓冲液。在生物 pH 值为两性离子,在 pH 6.8~8.2 范围内最有效。
應用
