生化/生理作用

GW405833是一种选择性的大麻素CB2受体激动剂;止痛药。 GW405833可以高亲和力结合人和大鼠CB2受体(Ki′s 3.9和3.6 nM);充当部分激动剂(与完全激动剂CP55,940相比,对福司可林刺激的cAMP形成的抑制率为50%)。GW405833在炎性、神经性和切口疼痛的大鼠模型中具有有效的镇痛作用;缺乏CB1激动剂常见的CNS效应。
