4,5-二氨基荧光素二乙酸酯(DAF-2 DA)溶液是可检测活细胞中一氧化氮(NO)的膜透过性荧光探针。它可用于研究牛主动脉内皮细胞(BAEC)中的NO合成。DAF-2 DA成像表明,纤毛上皮细胞比非上皮炎性细胞产生更多的NO。
