Expresses surface IgM but does not secrete Ig. Secretion of IgM can be induced with LPS. WEHI 231 is a B cell lymphoma of BALB/c x NXB F1 origin induced by mineral oil injection.

培養基

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 0.05mM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

例行更新培養

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:8 to 1:10 i.e. seeding at 2-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
