Derivative of P3X63Ag8, known as the Kearney line, the cell line is a non secretor. HGPRT- and HAT sensitive. It is useful for fusion with spleen cells to produce hybridomas or for hybridisation studies with other myelomas or lymphomas.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

例行更新培養

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. Rapid cell death occurs when cell concentration exceeds 1,000,000 cells/ml.
