生化／生理作用

BCI是Dusp6的变构抑制剂，其可在磷酸酶结构域内起作用，以防止催化刺激由ERK2底物结合诱导的磷酸酶活性。由于Dusp6可充当FGF信号转导的反馈调节剂，因此BCI还可过度激活FGF信号转导。
