準備報告

1.BSK-H培养基以无菌过滤液体的形式提供。解冻后,使用前倒置瓶子充分混合。如果解冻的培养基在几天内都不会使用,建议将培养基以工作等分试样的形式重新冷冻,以避免重复的冻融循环。
2.使用前,我们建议在无菌条件下为培养基补充预先筛选、无菌过滤的血清,最终浓度为 6%。(参见以下注释)
3.可能添加0.1% NaN作为防腐剂。可以根据需要在无菌条件下添加其他补充剂。

注:为获得理想性能,用于补充培养基的血清应针对其支持伯氏疏螺旋体生长的能力进行预先筛选。预先筛选、无菌过滤的兔血清 [产品编号 R7136] 可从 Sigma 获得。
