已将 ProteoMass ™ ACTH 片段 18-39 MALDI-MS 标准品用作基质辅助激光解吸/离子化 (MALDI)-质谱 (MS) 仪器的肽校准标准品。

生化／生理作用

促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH) 通过肾上腺的 G 蛋白偶联受体介导 cAMP 依赖的糖皮质激素和雄激素的合成与释放。ACTH 的过度产生导致明显的皮肤色素沉着。

儲存和穩定性

各标准品在室温下储存，并在环境温度下运输。标准品贮备液可以等分冷冻，但冻融循环不应超过 3 次。推荐复溶后使用标准品溶液不超过一个月。
