一般說明

邻苯二甲醛,又称o-邻苯二甲醛或OPA 是一种柱前衍生化试剂。OPA与除胱氨酸外的主要氨基酸 (AA) 反应形成高荧光加合物。其衍生物的荧光激发光谱和发射光谱分别为430 nm和540 nm。HPLC技术可有效分离OPA-AA衍生物。

應用

邻苯二甲醛或OPA可测定动物组织和食品样品中蛋白质中的氨基酸。对乳酸菌产生的酪胺和苯乙胺的氨基酸加合物进行定量,使用OPA作为HPLC的柱前衍生试剂。使用邻苯二甲醛作为柱前荧光剂,研究细胞内谷胱甘肽(GSH/GSSG)的形式。

生化/生理作用

苯二醛可用于高效液相色谱(HPLC)分离的氨基酸柱前衍生化。还可用于蛋白质巯基的流式细胞术测定。
