生化/生理作用

柚皮苷可以与信号分子相互作用,调节信号通路。具有抗炎和抗癌活性。它还对氧化应激、骨骼再生、遗传损伤、代谢综合征和中枢神经系统(CNS)疾病具有药理作用。
柚皮苷是葡萄柚和其他柑橘类水果中的黄酮类化合物,可强效抑制肠道有机阴离子转运多肽 1A2 (OATP1A2)。因此,葡萄柚汁可降低同时服用的许多药物的生物利用度。
