一般說明

葡聚糖是 D-吡喃葡萄糖的一种细胞外细菌聚合物。它主要包括主链中的α-(1→6)个连接和可变数量的 α-(1→2),α-(1→3),α-(1→4)个支链连接。
葡聚糖是由线性α(1→6)连接的葡萄糖单元和α(1→3)连接启动的支链组成的支链葡聚糖。葡聚糖的分子量范围为10,000至150,000 Kd。葡聚糖在许多应用中被用作血容量扩张剂、稳定剂、基质组分、结合平台、润滑剂和物理结构组分。由于低分子量的葡聚糖具有不同的粘度、聚集性和渗透性能,因此通常比高分子量的葡聚糖更受欢迎。
