生化／生理作用

唑来膦酸（唑来膦酸盐）是一种双膦酸盐骨吸收抑制剂，是基焦磷酸（FPP）合成酶的抑制剂，其会导致破骨细胞活性的下游抑制并减少骨吸收和转换。它已被用于治疗绝经后的骨质疏松症，佩吉特病、高钙血症，并结合癌症化疗以治疗已经扩散到骨骼的癌症引起的骨损伤。
