包裝

银增强试剂盒由溶液 A(银盐)、溶液 B(引发剂)、硫代硫酸钠(固定剂)和描述其用途的技术说明书组成。

原則

溶液 A 和溶液 B 在使用前以 1:1 混合,并添加到保持金标记部分的载玻片上。5-10 分钟后,用蒸馏水冲洗载玻片,在硫代硫酸钠溶液中固定 2-3 分钟,并再次冲洗。该部分现在可以根据需要进行复染和固定。
