作用机制:该产品通过与70S核糖体亚基结合,抑制易位并引起错误编码而起作用。
耐药机制:氨基糖苷类修饰酶(包括乙酰转移酶、磷酸转移酶、核苷酸转移酶)可以改变这种抗生素,阻止其与核糖体相互作用。
抗菌谱:硫酸卡那霉素对革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性菌以及支原体有效。
