一般說明
普鲁兰多糖时一种线性葡聚糖多糖,由 α-1,4-麦芽三糖重复单元组成。它由类似酵母菌的真菌 黑酵母菌 产生,该真菌来源于淀粉,且两个麦芽糖单元由 α-1,6键连接。
應用
