應用

用于分化尿素代谢微生物。弱的脲酶生产者如克雷伯氏菌、肠杆菌等也可以分化。根据 Thal 和 Chen（1955）的研究，假结核耶尔森菌（尿素阳性）来自鼠疫耶尔森氏菌（尿素阴性）。

準備報告

将21g 溶解在960 mL蒸馏水中。在121°C下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。冷却至后50°C，通过无菌操作添加50ml（10 小瓶）无菌过滤的40% 尿素溶液（货号08582）并冷却为斜面。
