特異性

抗体结合物与胸苷类似物5-溴-2′-脱氧尿苷(BrdU)以及掺入DNA的BrdU反应。为结合掺入DNA的BrdU,必须使BrdU标记的DNA变性。抗体不与胸苷、尿苷或DNA等任何内源性细胞组分发生交叉反应。

應用

细胞增殖ELISA,BrdU(化学发光法)属于第二代改良型DNA合成检测试剂盒。它是一个精确、快速且简单的非放射性替代方法,通过测量复制(循环)细胞中DNA合成期间的BrdU掺入而定量细胞增殖。因此,细胞增殖ELISA可用于许多不同的 体外 细胞系统。例如:

Regulation of the cell cycle involves processes crucial to the survival of a cell, including the detection and repair of genetic damage as well as the prevention of uncontrolled cell division associated with cancer.
