一般說明
在许多生物体内,丙酮酸脱氢酶(PDH)复合物在有氧途径中催化丙酮酸整体不可逆地转化为乙酰辅酶A和CO2。这种复合物也是心脏底物选择的关键调节因子。它包含丙酮酸脱氢酶(E1或I型PDHE1-A)、二氢硫辛酰胺乙酰转移酶(E2)和硫辛酰胺脱氢酶(E3)三种酶组分的多个拷贝。PDH通过丙酮酸脱氢酶激酶(PDK)介导的磷酸化和反馈抑制调节。
